About the Role

As a Senior Sales Manager at Rainbow Room, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of one of New York's premier event venues.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the sales process for events at Rainbow Room, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management on sales performance and trends.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in sales, events, or hospitality management, preferably in a similar service-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with industry software and technology, including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and database programs.
