Senior Commercial Roofing Project Manager

AVODA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee our commercial roofing production projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Review project scope, specifications, and requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project objectives and expectations.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements and optimize productivity.
- Monitor resource usage to minimize waste and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
- Manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop project budgets and track costs to ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts.
- Implement safety measures to minimize workplace hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communication and Reporting: Establish effective communication channels with clients, subcontractors, and project team members.
- Delegate responsibilities to crew members and field supervisors effectively.
- Prepare and distribute reports, including project status updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to work independently and with others.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
