RN Surgical Telemetry Unit Full Time Evening Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Telemetry Unit as a Full Time Evening position. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Implement evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Participate in unit-level decision-making, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.
- Associate degree in Nursing required.
- One year of telemetry experience preferred.
- CCRN preferred.
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
- American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire for PCU.
