Flood and Peterson Insurance Inc is seeking a skilled Private Client Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, retaining, and growing a book of high net worth personal lines business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Read and interpret insurance policies to answer coverage questions and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client policies at renewal, including recommendations for policy changes and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and present policy applications, quotes, and policy forms to clients, ensuring accurate coverage comparison and policy issuance.
  • Perform client renewal meetings, including presentations and discussions of policy changes and recommendations.
  • Manage client accounts, including premium collection and account receivables.
  • Maintain accurate policy data and documentation in our Agency Management System.
  • Comply with company workflow procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or three to five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Possess and maintain a Colorado Property & Casualty Producer License.
  • 5+ years of personal lines high net worth insurance experience.
  • Experience with high net worth insurance carrier systems and appetites.

Full-time employees are also eligible to participate in our 401(k) program, which includes both safe harbor and discretionary matching.

This position is eligible to participate in our annual performance incentive program. Starting pay for non-exempt positions is $30.00-$35.00/hour, with the potential for higher pay for well-qualified candidates.
