Your Role:

As a CNC Programmer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our aviation repair and maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, writing, and revising programs for CNC machines and related fixtures.
  • Creating machine setup and operating instructions.
  • Designing and manufacturing jigs and fixtures based on technical specifications.
  • Providing training and troubleshooting support to operational staff using CNC machines.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams on component repairs and inspections.
  • Monitoring machine performance and implementing process enhancements.
  • Preparing technical specifications and conducting cost-benefit analyses for equipment procurement.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Managing special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing. Key qualifications include:
  • In-depth knowledge of repair design, manufacturing processes, and tool design.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems, with Master-CAM experience being advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas controls, with programming skills at the machine.
  • Previous experience as a machinist or toolmaker is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial.
  • A college diploma in manufacturing technology or a related field is a plus.
  • Must be a US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident per ITAR regulations.
