Automated Assembly Specialist

Regal Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Test Technician for a manufacturing company in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience working in automated assembly and be able to optimize processes and equipment.
The salary for this position is estimated at $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience. This rate includes a 5% shift differential for working the 2nd shift.
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for testing products for safety, compliance, and performance. You will analyze specific product aspects, compile testing reports, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Your duties will also include maintaining lab equipment, collaborating with team members, updating testing protocols, and consulting with senior management.
Qualifications required include a minimum of an AA degree or certificate from a technical school, or at least 2 years of experience in lieu of an academic degree. You should have direct experience working in automated assembly involving SMT, through hole, adhesive dispense, automated assembly, and ultrasonic welding.
