Position: Civil Foreman

Overview: We are currently in search of a proficient Civil Foreman to oversee a project in Holly Springs, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret project specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Supervise and guide Concrete Masons and apprentices.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Organize and modify work sequences to align with construction timelines.
  • Oversee subgrade operations, concrete mixing, and formwork setup.
  • Evaluate work schedules and estimate labor-hour needs.
  • Address work-related challenges and maintain accurate time records.
  • Conduct safety assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Calculate required concrete quantities for various projects.
  • Perform regular safety inspections.
  • Execute additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Physical Demands:
