Freedom Concrete Coatings specializes in the creation of high-quality and long-lasting flooring solutions. In this role, you will engage in various responsibilities, including preparing surfaces, operating equipment, applying base layers, distributing chips, and finishing with top coats.

Compensation:

$25 - $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory of materials and generate orders for upcoming projects
  • Ensure the trailer is clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
  • Assess, grind, and prepare surfaces for coating application
  • Mix and apply polyurea coatings following manufacturer guidelines
  • Inspect completed coatings for precision, completion, and adherence to specifications
  • Identify and resolve issues, performing repairs as necessary
  • Work schedule will typically consist of 5 days a week, with occasional weekend shifts
  • Daily work hours will range from 8 to 10 hours
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in concrete coating or epoxy flooring preferred, but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with concrete coatings, application techniques, safety measures, and related tasks
  • Authorization to work in the US and ability to pass a background check
  • Previous experience is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Reliable transportation for commuting is essential
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
