Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at AnthroMed Education in Hampshire, IL.

About the Role

This full-time position is based in an elementary school and involves supporting students across general and special education settings, addressing various speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
  • Assist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students' speech and/or language needs
  • Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders
  • Professional Educators License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois
  • Preferred experience in a K-12 setting
