Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate the needs of assigned consumers for treatment
- Supervise and render general nursing care, including administering injections and medications
- Provide psychiatric and medical assessment and treatment
- Collaborate with the treatment team in comprehensive assessment of psychiatric history, mental status, and diagnosis
- Document all interactions and progress notes in the electronic medical record
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, registered, and at least one year of experience working with the mentally ill
- Clinical supervisory experience is desirable
- Clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe mental illnesses
- Knowledge of the ACT model
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and navigate electronic medical records
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $98,000 per year
