Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Counselor at Park Place Gorham, a small therapeutic residential group home for six boys ages 7-13.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide daily structure and care for the children, working to provide support, behavioral management skills, crisis intervention, and a constructive environment to help them fulfill their potential and set them on a path for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and safe environment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Experience working in the mental and behavioral health field, preferably with children
  • Compassionate and positive attitude, with good work ethic
