The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers at the airport. This role requires availability for day or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, as we strive to meet the needs of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marshalling aircraft to designated parking areas.
  • Greeting crews and passengers with outstanding customer service.
  • Assisting with baggage and cargo handling.
  • Documenting and accepting fuel orders.
  • Providing into-plane service of petroleum products.
  • Operating and maintaining various airport equipment, including fuel trucks and ground power units.
  • Repositioning and hangaring aircraft as necessary.
  • Occasionally performing cashier duties and managing service invoices.
  • Promoting safety in all operational activities.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and a minimum age of 18; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or airport operations is advantageous.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
  • Experience operating trucks or heavy vehicles is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks, including climbing ladders, lifting moderate to heavy loads, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Personal protective equipment will be provided as necessary.
