Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at Schell Brothers LLC. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Community Sales Managers in the sales and marketing of homes in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers, ensuring a positive first impression and a smooth sales experience.
- Assist with sales center operations, including maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring accurate information is available to customers.
- Collect and record prospect information, including contact details and buyer profiles, to facilitate follow-up with our Community Sales Managers.
- Identify and document prospect buying needs, and relay this information to our Community Sales Managers to guide the buying process.
- Arrange appointments for prospective buyers to return and meet with our Community Sales Managers for a more detailed community review.
- Provide administrative support, including submitting weekly traffic reports, collecting competitive data, and ordering marketing materials and office supplies.
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with realtors to drive sales and growth.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Proficiency with PCs, including experience with Word, Excel, and email systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow specific instructions.
- Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with our management team, following direction and working independently when needed.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- A college degree is preferred, but a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Previous experience in home sales is preferred.
