Position Description

We are partnering with an exceptional school district to fill a contract Sign Language Interpreter position for the school year. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sign language interpretation services to students with hearing impairments
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective communication and support
  • Develop and implement individualized communication plans to meet the unique needs of each student
Requirements
  • 1 year of verifiable experience as a Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years
  • Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in state of practice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
