Doughnut Decorator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Cashier/Doughnut Decorator at Krispy Kreme - North Austin 183 and Spicewood/McNeil. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our cash registers, and decorating doughnuts to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

• Provide fast and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
• Operate our cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and checks.
• Decorate doughnuts to meet our high standards of quality and presentation, using a variety of toppings and fillings.
• Stock and rotate product on carts, filling and icing hoppers, and display cases to ensure freshness and proper appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with wholesale orders, packaging, and safety sealing product as needed.
• Participate in our cause marketing efforts, helping to raise funds for non-profit organizations.
• Learn and share key facts about Krispy Kreme and our Hot Light story with customers.
• Host birthday party events, family night activities, and conduct school Krispy Kreme factory tours.
