Compensation: $18.50/hr.

Work Schedule: 7am to 6pm, Monday to Wednesday + Sunday

As a Warehouse Janitorial Lead, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading a team in a structured janitorial operation within a warehouse setting.
  • Offering direct assistance to the Maintenance Operations Center and KBS Field Operations Teams by addressing all escalations promptly and accurately.
  • Performing cleaning duties in various areas including restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and other essential workspaces.
  • Adhering to the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
  • Coordinating shift coverage and supporting callouts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing constructive feedback on ongoing tasks and ensuring timely reporting to KBS Management.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in janitorial services, particularly in a distribution center environment, is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and forklift operation.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and motivating approach to team dynamics.
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
