About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Manager to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to at-risk youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each student
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote positive change and growth
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document all interactions and interventions in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
  • 3+ years of experience working with at-risk youth and their families
  • Valid licensure as an LSW, LMHC, or LCSW
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
