Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Diploma from an approved nursing program
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
