**Required Qualifications:**

2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

**Desired Qualifications:**

Series 7 license required – MUST BE ACTIVE (or within 6 month window so it may be re-activated quickly)

Brokerage operations experience

Customer service experience

Microsoft Products

Strong verbal/written communication skills

**Work Environment:**

  • 30 days of onsite training
  • 5 days on/5 days remote after training is complete
