Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Private Duty Nursing Professional. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one nursing care to critical and complex patients in their homes, focusing on tracheostomy and/or ventilator patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with our respiratory therapists and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- CPR certification (in-person training required)
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
