Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the future state of our business system landscape. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of industry-standard solutions enabling seamless flow of information, scalable processes, and reliable controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of industry-standard solutions to enable seamless flow of information, scalable processes, and reliable controls.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to translate business and operational requirements into results-oriented technical solutions.
  • Act as a product management guide to drive solution design and execution within required timelines and budgets.
  • Assess the current state of business systems' orchestration and process design to recommend solutions.
  • Support Operations and Technical Operations leaders in developing and executing a comprehensive integration strategy to enable seamless connectivity between our platform and third-party products and services.
  • Prepare and maintain process and design documentation, including system diagrams and data flows.
  • Assist with root cause determination, corrective action, and preventative actions for identified system issues.
  • Participate in establishing the data schema for data exchange between business systems, such as user attributes and systems of records.
  • Connect the dots between internal teams and disparate workflows to leverage existing technology and best practices, reducing costs and time to market.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize technology investments, ensuring maximum value and ROI.
  • Inform stakeholders of the business impact of technical decisions and resolve trade-offs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of technical program management experience within a software or technology company.
  • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and adjacent applications covering architecture, configuration, and integration.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms, data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), and data visualization tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with designing and building data pipelines and integrations connecting data across multiple business systems.
  • Experience with the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and machine learning (ML) into enterprise systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and modeling using tools such as Lucidchart.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal capabilities to effectively build and foster collaborative relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Strong ability to quickly interpret and transform ambiguous information into design artifacts to communicate concepts and ideas to various stakeholders.
