Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist to join our Bioanalytical Discovery & Development Sciences team. As a key member of our immunogenicity assessment team, you will be responsible for supporting all validation and life cycle activities of Anti-Drug Antibody (ADA) and Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) assays for the development of biological drugs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assay Validation: Coordinate, plan, and execute ADA and NAb assay validations by actively collaborating with team members from method development group to deliver validated methods for bioanalysis support.
  • Lab Operations: Support immunoassay and cell-based assay platforms with laboratory skills to execute experiments when needed.
  • Scientific Problem-Solving: Provide input and identify problems with scientific experiments, analyses/tasks in related areas.
  • Documentation: Produce documents to support ADA and NAb assay validations.
  • Data Analysis: Take data generated in the lab and compose SOP, validation plans, and validation reports.
Requirements
  • Education: M.S. with 2+ years of experience or a B.S./B.A. with 3+ years of experience in Biology or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Anti-Drug Antibody (ADA) and/or Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) assay method development and validation.
  • Skills: Experience with immunoassays and cell-based assays used in the ADA and NAb bioanalysis of biologic drugs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Salary: $75,000-$110,000 (flexible based on experience).
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
  • Hiring Method: Multiyear contract – After 1 year on contract, the individual will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role or have their contract renewed for another year.
  • PTO: 10 PTO days & 6 paid sick days annually.
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans available.
