About the Role

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days on-site per week, with a preferred location in Silver Spring, MD, and a secondary location in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy sophisticated AI planning solutions
  • Expertise in common AI planning approaches, such as behavior trees, GOAP, HTN, etc.
  • Design, develop, and test software modules related to emerging embedded cyber capabilities, high-availability network protocols, cyber mission planning, and reasoning systems
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the field and apply new knowledge to drive innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 6 years with a MS/MA, or 3 years with a PhD
  • Expertise in system languages, such as C, C++, Go, etc.
  • Experience with Python, modern development practices, and toolsets (Git, subversion, CI/CD toolchains)
  • US Citizenship Required
Desired Skills
  • Ability to grasp the big picture and see beyond specific problems
  • Experience with network emulation frameworks, including CORE, EMANE, MiniNet
  • Familiarity with assembly languages (x86/64, ARM, MIPS, etc.)
  • Experience with configuring network appliances
Clearance

Active Top Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Salary Range

$146,000 to $234,000, representing the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
