You will learn to operate industrial cleaning equipment, provide leadership and support, maintain records, and ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities: As a Manager-In-Training, you will be responsible for operating industrial cleaning equipment, providing leadership and support, maintaining records, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also be required to communicate effectively, utilize protective gear, and report any equipment or product needs or malfunctions to your supervisor.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks daily. You should also possess basic computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Additionally, you must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies and be able to work around food and cleaning products.
