Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair automated and semi-automated production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Assist with the installation and modification of new and existing production equipment to meet changing production needs.
- Provide technical support to production staff to resolve equipment-related issues and optimize production processes.
- Design and implement equipment upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in electrical, pneumatics, pipe fitting, metal working, plumbing, welding, basic machining, carpentry, painting, and/or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
