Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager

Vaco is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and approve vendor invoices and employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the billing process, including invoicing customers, monitoring accounts receivable aging, and following up on overdue payments.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on accounts payable and receivable activities for management review.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of financial transactions and activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
