About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management to join our team at Webster Bank. As a key member of our Digital Product Management team, you will play a critical role in advancing our Consumer and Business Banking client servicing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to inform the development of digital products and user experiences, ensuring they meet client needs and align with business objectives.
  • Collect market intelligence on product information, pricing, and competitive positioning to inform product strategy.
  • Support Product Owners in agile teams to prioritize and deliver digital products, ensuring capabilities are delivered on time and to expectation.
  • Partner with IT to manage the digital product roadmap and backlog, ensuring seamless delivery of capabilities.
  • Support requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
  • Implement new processes and capabilities to drive improved operational efficiencies.
  • Gather requirements during UX design sessions to complete user/task analysis and assist in product design.
  • Track key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in change management by delivering communications and training on product introductions and enhancements.
  • Maintain updated documentation on product functionality for reference.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent in related work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
  • Ability to effectively problem-solve.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience developing and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Effective communications and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Accountability and drive to achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Understanding of user-centered design for creating competitive online and mobile banking solutions.
  • Experience with Agile project management software.
