Key Responsibilities
  • Apply DoD, AF, and Engineering Principles to improve weapon system performance and sustainability.
  • Support Airworthiness Certification and System Integrity Programs to ensure the safety and reliability of our systems.

  • Support Product Reviews, Technical Evaluations, and Acquisition Strategies to ensure that our systems meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.
  • Assist in Equipment and Software Deficiency Analysis and Testing to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that our systems are meeting their intended purpose.
  • Evaluate Subcontractor Recommendations for operational and support issues to ensure that our systems are properly maintained and supported.
  • Participate in Program Milestone Approvals and Source Selections to ensure that our systems are properly aligned with our business objectives.
  • Support Disciplined Engineering Activities to ensure that our systems are properly designed, developed, and maintained.
  • Aid in the Development and Evaluation of Engineering Cost Estimates to ensure that our systems are properly budgeted and resourced.
  • Facilitate Value Stream Mapping Activities to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that our systems are meeting their intended purpose.
  • Provide Support for Configuration, Data, and Risk Management Processes to ensure that our systems are properly configured and maintained.
  • Apply Knowledge of Electrical Engineering to Power Systems and Avionics Subsystems to ensure that our systems are properly designed and developed.
  • Support CNS/ATM Requirements, Testing, and Certification Activities to ensure that our systems meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.
  • Assist in Avionics Integration Engineering and Relevant Documentation Updates to ensure that our systems are properly documented and maintained.
Requirements
  • Possess an ABET-Accredited BS/MS Degree in an Engineering Discipline and have a minimum of 12 years of experience, including 5 years in the DoD.
  • Ability to Obtain and Maintain Necessary Security Clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
  • Consent to Personal, Employment, Clearance, and Education Verification to ensure that our systems are properly aligned with our business objectives.
