Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation and benefits to our team members, including $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Job DescriptionAs a Dining Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit;
- Working collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area;
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage options to make informed recommendations to guests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
