Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) department as an Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA). This full-time salaried position is based in Menominee, MI, and will primarily work within our Autism Program designing, implementing, training, and monitoring applied behavior analysis interventions. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct oversight of ABA services delivered by paraprofessionals, both in an outpatient clinic setting and in-home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop applied behavior analysis plans and interventions.
• Implement ABA plans and oversee their implementation by paraprofessionals, collecting and analyzing behavioral treatment data as needed.
• Train parents, caregivers, and paraprofessionals in the implementation of ABA plans.
• Consult with clinical staff regarding service delivery and coordination of clinical cases, assisting in the development and implementation of effective People/Family Centered plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate client records and prepare reports in accordance with agency policy.

Requirements:

• BCaBA Certification
• Meet qualifications set in Michigan Medicaid Provider Manual
• Must be 18 years or older
• Hold a valid driver's license

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $63,500 per year
