We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Soap Creek Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence and leading a team to achieve targeted production, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Resource Allocation and Production
  • Strategically plan and communicate with team members to ensure efficient resource allocation and meet production needs.
  • Align team priorities and create assignments to drive quality and productivity.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules and resources to meet customer needs and workforce availability.
Leadership and Development
  • Conduct daily start-up meetings and regularly walk the floor to build relationships and drive quality control.
  • Ensure new hires receive comprehensive training on safety, machinery, and operations.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Administrative and EHS Responsibilities
  • Manage team member data and oversee EHS responsibilities, including conducting and ensuring completion of EHS inspections and training.
  • Actively participate in business meetings and engage in the hiring process.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a foundry or related environment.
