We are seeking a skilled Cooling Tower Technician to join our team at MPSW. As a key member of our HVAC team, you will be responsible for performing cooling tower repairs and maintenance, ensuring peak performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on cooling towers and other HVAC equipment
  • Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct specific preventative maintenance tasks, including belt adjustments, oiling, greasing, and cleaning of equipment
  • Represent the company in a positive manner to other trades, contractors, and owners
  • Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Submit required paperwork to the Service Coordinator in a timely manner
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a Service Helper or Service Technician in a residential or commercial environment
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and be 25 years of age for insurance purposes
  • OSHA 10 Training a plus
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft 365 and working proficiency with handheld computers
  • Ability to work in diverse conditions, including mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, extreme weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock
  • Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
