We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Outer Cape Health Services. As a key member of our Behavioral Health department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual assessments of patients for anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, and trauma in a confidential and compassionate manner.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Facilitate communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in mental health treatment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and at least two (2) years of experience in behavioral health services.
- Current licensure as a LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
