Job Summary

As a Health and Safety Supervisor at Stryten Energy, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations. This includes developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation plans
  • Provide training to employees on EHS procedures and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations
  • Perform EHS-related inspections and audits
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Safety Science
  • 1+ year of EHS experience in a manufacturing industry
  • OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
