Oak Street Health is seeking a skilled Physician Leader in Value-Based Care to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics.
  • Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
  • Prioritize preventive medicine and address health disparities.
  • Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet quality goals.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in internal medicine or family medicine, as well as experience operating in a value-based healthcare model. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, patient-centered physician who is committed to delivering exceptional care and improving health outcomes for older adults.

What We Offer

Oak Street Health provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • A competitive salary range of $230,000 - $260,000.
  • A quarterly bonus based on quality metrics.
