The Position

As our IT Field Support Technician, you will be the main point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering reactive and scheduled client requests, as well as proactive visits to ensure their IT needs are met. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at both technical and non-technical levels will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality IT service to clients through proactive and reactive support.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Continuously improve processes and standards to ensure a consistent client experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of IT experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required, higher level degree desired.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A+ or Network+ certification.
  • Experience using PSA/Ticketing systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, you will also receive:

  • 120 hours of PTO per year.
