Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at a school district in Connecticut.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 30+ hours per week as a 1:1 support specialist for a preschool student with developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on student progress.
  • Collaborate with the therapeutic team to develop effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs.
Requirements
  • Valid RBT certification through the BACB.
  • Proven experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Strong organizational and data collection skills.
