What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and experienced leader who can inspire and motivate our team members to deliver exceptional results. As a Breakfast Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading our morning operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service
  • Managing a team of shift managers and crew members

  • Ensuring that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Long periods of standing and walking
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
