About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Substance Use Counselor to join our team at Groups: Recover Together. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group therapy sessions, utilizing our evidence-based curriculum to build recovery skills and foster community.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional care team, including prescribers, care navigators, and peer recovery coaches, to deliver holistic clinical care.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region, while developing your clinical skill set.
  • Document members' progress, using outcome measures and client feedback to inform treatment decisions.

Requirements
  • Behavioral health licensure, including LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, or CAP.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
