As a Hybrid Substance Use Counselor, you'll play a vital role in our team-based approach to care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions about member treatment.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver a holistic clinical model.
  • Lead multiple group therapy sessions to build recovery skills and foster community.
  • Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback.
  • Engage in community relations activities to promote Groups and its mission.
