  • Material Review and Rework: Assist in reviewing and reworking parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Quality Alerts: Create and issue quality alerts to ensure prompt attention to quality issues.
  • Cleanliness Testing: Complete cleanliness testing using Millipore equipment.
  • Gage Setup: Setup gages as needed to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Assist with maintaining quality control documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Customer Deviation Requests: Write and submit customer deviation requests as needed.
  • Supplier Corrective Action: Assist with supplier corrective action process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Process Audits: Perform process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through team meetings and other activities.
  • Meetings and Communication: Attend all scheduled meetings and keep employees and supervisor informed as necessary.
  • Company Rules: Follow all company rules and policies as outlined in the handbook.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Perform all miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Work safely and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Some technical education preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years minimum experience in manufacturing and/or quality control required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
