- Additional Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and courteously, generate additional business through outbound calls, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
- Positive Attitude: A positive mindset and a passion for providing great customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Availability: Ability to work up to 2 Saturdays a month and all available shifts between 7am and 7pm.
