About the Role | Lead Boundless Learning's partnership portfolio performance and growth.

This role has the ultimate responsibility for the short and long-term health of the partnership portfolio, managing existing partnerships for optimal business results and expanding the portfolio with existing and new partners.

This role leads both portfolio management and sales teams, coordinating Boundless Learning's partner activities across functions and serving as the central conduit for engagement management between Boundless Learning and our portfolio partners.

The role will oversee all sales efforts and the go-to-market strategy, reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Boundless Learning Executive Leadership team.

This position will be the knowledge expert on all aspects of the partnerships in the portfolio, presenting at business reviews, executive meetings, and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed annual business performance KPIs, revenue and profitability targets for portfolio
  • Meet/exceed partner expectations for Boundless Learning service delivery (service quality, enrollment goals)
  • Improve internal and external cross-functional collaboration and alignment for quality, efficiency and speed
  • Develop diversified growth opportunities and portfolio expansion in line with short and long-term company goals

Requirements

  • Business results driven senior executive
  • Exceptional experience in high-level stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end learner and partner experience
  • Strategic aptitude with an ability to diagnose and assess tactical performance and relationship headwinds and tailwinds
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communicator with an eye for detail and an ear for the unspoken
  • Ability to translate complex information bi-directionally, to and from the partner and the business
  • Skilled at seeing the connective tissue that exist between divisions/teams/partners
  • Creative thinkers & problem solvers who can knit together disparate tactics across the business into a cohesive overarching strategy
  • Experienced in new business development and sales strategy and operations
  • Experienced in strategy development and execution
  • Highly experienced in drawing actionable insight from data

Travel:

Frequent travel required to service UK, North America and Australian based business.
