As a Pediatric Home Care LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to pediatric patients in the Kissimmee, FL area.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders, working closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, using critical thinking skills to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members, documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses to inform care decisions.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
