About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home Indianapolis Southeast, IN. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors and disabled adults in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks, as needed.
  • Assist clients with prescribed range of motion exercises and other therapeutic activities.
  • Communicate effectively with office staff and other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured automobile or reliable transportation.
