Job Title: Clinic Activity Coordinator

CenterWell is seeking a Clinic Activity Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinic Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling pre-programmed classes, activities, and events for members and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center meet participant needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule the Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed classes, activities, and events.
  • Plan, promote, and coordinate programs to provide members with a variety of fitness activities.
  • Attend morning huddles and team meetings in Brownsville or Harlingen daily.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience.
  • Experience in a role involving structured and planned activities.
  • Previous experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in a Health-related field.
  • Previous work with vulnerable adults or the geriatric population.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer and/or performing wellness and recreational activities.
  • Health Plan experience, including Medicare/Medicaid.
  • Electronic Medical Record (ECW) knowledge/experience.
