Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our electronic system
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
