Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide accurate and timely service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process and audit financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash counts and reconcile cash drawers in accordance with Bay Federal's cash balancing standards.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Effectively present features and benefits of Bay Federal's products and services to cross-sell them to our members.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with members, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of six months of experience in cash handling and member/customer service activities.
  • Skills: Successful sales experience and/or training preferred. Demonstrated ability to use PC to perform work tasks and experience using Microsoft Office software, Internet, and Intranet preferred.
