About The Role
The Resident Care Associate is a vital member of our care team, responsible for providing exceptional support and care to our residents in a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Personalized Service Plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the Family Experience Director or Assistant Family Experience Director
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in dementia care and assisted living
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent required; experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
