Job Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Application Support Analyst III to become a vital member of our client's proactive IT team. This senior role is pivotal in overseeing system migrations, particularly with a focus on transitioning to Dynamics 365 and Dynamics GP Sage platforms.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in ERP application support, project management, and technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Citrix, Windows Server environments, and SQL Server.
In this capacity, you will be tasked with delivering comprehensive end-user support, conducting thorough analyses of business requirements, and managing large-scale IT projects.
Collaboration with various technical teams and business stakeholders will be essential to enhance operational efficiency and drive technological progress within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver extensive end-user support, training, and maintenance across diverse software applications.
- Oversee daily operations of application servers and manage service desk ticket resolutions.
- Conduct analyses of business needs and processes to pinpoint improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
- Plan, design, develop, and deploy business application systems to boost operational efficiency.
- Lead large-scale IT projects, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
- Maintain relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
- Supervise system migrations, with a particular emphasis on Dynamics 365 and Dynamics GP Sage platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP business application support or functional consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft D365 F & O, Dynamics GP, Business Central, CRM, Sage 300 CRE, and other relevant systems.
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Citrix, Windows Server, SQL, and related technologies.
- Exceptional project management and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPivot) and reporting tools (Power BI).
- Experience with POS systems such as Counterpoint, LS Retail, and Micros.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Previous experience in the utility or energy sector.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
